ASFS News Team Visits Gunston’s News Room

The Science Focus News Team culminated a wonderful first year of daily TV broadcasts by visiting the professional TV studio at Gunston Middle School. Mr. Costner, who directs the middle school students in their news production, invited Science Focus students to shadow his middle-schoolers as they put on a news show and, afterwards, allowed our students to produce their own news show, using all of the professional equipment in the studio. Thanks to Mr. Costner and his news crew, Science Focus students got to see how a professional news show is produced and had a great time in the process.
